Article 1 – General Conditions

1.1 By accessing our website, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of use. These are subject to occasional updates;

1.2 Access to this website is only permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to remove and/or change services without prior notice;

1.3 Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda. is not responsible if the website is temporarily unavailable for any reason.

Article 2 – User Registration

2.1 - To access our store, products, information and prices, registration must be done, which, once accepted by our team, will allow free access. It should be noted that we only provide access to individuals who present a valid Corporate Person Number (NIPC) or a Tax Identification Number (NIF) with valid activity registration;

Article 3 – Order

3.1 The ordering process involves registering on the website. After making the purchase, we advise all our customers to keep a copy of the document containing the transaction data, specification of the products and/or services, as well as the respective price and delivery times;

3.2 The minimum value to place an order is €25 (VAT not included) + shipping costs;

3.3 When placing an order, the customer formalizes a purchase and sale contract with Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda., then declares that they have become aware of and accept the general conditions established on the website ibergift.com;

3.4 Orders will be executed in 2 to 3 business days, except during festive seasons when the workflow increases;

3.5 Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of any stock outage, the customer will be contacted to inform them of the availability of the item, and will be given alternative proposals that may be of interest to them;

3.6 The products presented on this website are subject to availability and quantity of existing stock;

3.7 In the case of exchanges and returns, the customer may choose to exchange it for another item. Alternatively, we can issue a credit note to deduct from a future order;

3.8 Exchanges and returns of items must be sent to the facilities of Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda. The costs of sending exchanged and/or returned products must be assumed by the customer, as well as sending new products to the customer's address, unless the customer is safeguarded by clause 7.3.

Article 4 – Product information

4.1 The prices of products sold on the Ibergift.com website may vary from the prices charged in the existing physical store and, unless otherwise indicated, are only valid for the date on which they are announced, remaining in force for orders placed and validated on that date. date;

4.2 All prices are presented in euros, plus VAT at the current rate;

4.3 Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda. works with color correction software so that they come as close as possible to reality. However, we emphasize that color is a factor that depends on each monitor and its settings, so there may be differences in colors from monitor to monitor.

Article 5 – Deliveries

5.1 All orders will be sent to the customer within 24 (twenty-four) hours after receipt of payment for the order, unless otherwise indicated, expressly communicated and justified to the customer, in which case shipping may be carried out within a longer period of time. extended;

5.2 The order will be delivered to the customer through our logistics service or a distribution company, and according to the day that the customer indicates as preferred for receiving it;

5.3 Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda. is not responsible for delays arising from the transport company’s operations.

Article 6 – Payment

6.1 Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda. makes the following payment method available to you:
Bank Transfer – You can make your payment using our IBAN, in this method we ask that you always send us proof, so that we can process your order more quickly;

6.2 You have 10 working days to make the payment by ATM, if you are unable to do so in the time available due to any problem, we would appreciate it if you spoke to us and explained the case, so that we do not cancel your order.

Article 7 – Transport conditions

7.1 The transportation cost will depend on the weight and location of delivery, the amount to be charged will be specified when validating the order and making the respective payment;

7.2 In addition to our logistics system, we are concerned with establishing contracts with transport companies, to offer all our customers a quality, effective and competitive service; we currently have a contract with DHL;

7.3 Shipping to mainland Portugal will be free for orders worth more than €250 (excluding VAT);

7.4 Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda., does not assume responsibility for any delay in delivery of the goods.

Article 8 – Cancellation of orders

8.1 The order may be canceled if it has not yet been entered into the processing system. There are certain times of the year that, as they are special, result in a more intense work flow; at these times, any cancellation may become difficult;

8.2 If the customer wishes to return their purchase, they must immediately send an email to ibergift@ibergift.com, clearly and precisely stating the reasons for such return. After sending, you will be informed on how to proceed with the return. The customer must return it within a maximum period of 8 days after receipt. Please note that only items may be returned with the purchase invoice, and they must be undamaged and in the appropriate conditions;

8.3 Following the return of the merchandise and confirmation of the correct condition of the items and packaging, the price paid by the customer will be refunded via a credit note, to be deducted from the next order, excluding delivery or return costs, which , however, have been spent by the customer;

9.1 All intellectual property rights in software and content available through this website are the property of Ibergift – Comércio de Brindes, Lda. or are licensed and protected by national and international laws.
