• RETURNS AND CONTRACT TERMINATION
  • Our returns policy means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to a deficiency in the product or non-compliance with the purchase, you can return the product to us, without signs of misuse, as long as it has not been used and presented in its original condition, in this case without any type of personalization. Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, applicable to contracts concluded remotely, the user has the right to freely terminate a new contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day the conclusion of the contract (in the case of services) or the day on which the user received the order. Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, there are exceptions to the right to free resolution:

    “1 – Unless the parties agree otherwise, the consumer cannot freely terminate contracts for: ” (…)

    “c) Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized; (…)

    “i) Its execution begins with the prior and express consent of the consumer; and ii) The consumer acknowledges that their consent implies the loss of the right to free resolution;”

    Therefore, any good produced according to the consumer's specifications is excluded from the right to terminate the contract, that is, personalized products or products made according to the consumer's specifications. In the case of personalized products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you must send an email to ibergift@ibergift.com so that the complaint can be analyzed and properly handled.

    The user must return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they informed our entity of the decision to terminate the contract and must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are variable, depending on the weight and volume of the order as well as the sender's address, they can be estimated from €10 to €150.

    ATTENTION: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on materials related to the current situation (Covid-19), namely surgical masks, KN95 FFP2 masks, among others. After shipping, it will not be possible to return/exchange the items.
