WHAT ARE THE LIMITS OF LIABILITY?

IBERGIFT will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of products, or for purposes for which they were not intended. IBERGIFT's responsibility ceases when the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

HOW IS THE AWARD PROCESSED?

After receiving our quote proposal, you will be asked for the logo or image for printing, if you wish, then we will make a digital mockup and send it to the customer, so they can have a better idea of ​​what the final result will be like. .

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

The order will be delivered by a courier from the company, a transport company to be designated, to the address that the customer indicates when asked for the shipping address.

SHOULD I REFUSE AN ORDER IF IT ARRIVES OPENED OR WITH DEFICIENCIES IN THE BOX?

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?

Complaints will only be subject to analysis when submitted in writing to ibergift@ibergift.com within 7 days. Products sent by carrier must be inspected at the time of delivery. All anomalies caused by transport must be written in the transport guide, otherwise IBERGIFT will not be able to accept complaints about these products.
